Jeanmarie Bettencourt - 30 Years Before devoting her full effort to key accounts and day to day management of Bettencourt Group, Jeanmarie spent 14 years covering the NW territory. Her keen understanding of the customer base in the territory allowed her to develop the sales team they have in place today. The Bettencourt showroom, thanks to the design effort of Jeanmarie, has and still enjoys a reputation of being a destination showroom. |

William L. Travers (Bill) - 10 Years Bill’s background is 30 + years in the tabletop and housewares industries focusing on sales and marketing management. He has had sales experience with everything from independent retail stores up to and including international retailers. Bill also created and manages the Domestique.com part of their business. Bill assists Jeanmarie with all internal management issues as well as some key account sales. |

Katherine Donnelly (Katy) - Newbie Katy is a 10 year veteran of the Gift & Homeware industry. Her extensive background in sales and administrative support makes her the perfect addition to the Bettencourt Group. Katy is savvy in all aspects of e-commerce and will be assisting in the development and growth of Bettencourt’s internet sales and marketing plans. |

Victoria Easter - 7 Years With 10 years buying and retail experience for Larry’s Gourmet Markets and 5 years experience at other local Markets, Victoria’s knowledge of this class of trade has helped Bettencourt establish major programs with local grocery chains and independents. Victoria’s shares the Seattle territory as well as Northern Washington. She also covers the state of Idaho. |

Connie Hallen - 5 Years Connie recently rejoined Bettencourt after a 3 year hiatus where she was National Sales Manager for a well known gift company. Before joining Bettencourt she worked as an independent furniture sales rep and gift rep. While previously working for Bettencourt she had responsibilities that took her throughout the state. Connie is now managing Key accounts in Oregon as well as covering the state of Alaska. |

Gretchen Hart - 4 Years Before joining Bettencourt Gretchen was an account manager in the advertising industry. She also has many years experience in the gift industry working with a major Seattle rep group. This experience combined with her own retail children’s store gives her great insight into what it takes to work into today’s retail environment. Gretchen covers Portland proper. |

Tom Hussey - 6 Years Tom's background is in both retail and wholesale. He worked for Federated for several years before moving into independent sales. In his capacity as an independent sales rep he has represented a local Sterling silver jewelry company and plush. Tom covers Eastern and Southern Washington. |

Shannon Marie - 10 Years Shannon joined Bettencourt in 1996 after 7 years of sales, buying, and management experience with Nordstrom’s. Shannon became one of the company’s highest producing sales reps. After 10 years Shannon left the gift industry briefly to explore new ventures. We are very pleased to welcome her back to the group. Shannon shares the coverage of Seattle and the outlining suburbs. She travels east to Issaquah and West to the Islands. |

Kari Morford - 2 Years We are lucky to have Kari join us after 5 years experience in buying for a local gift store. That experience combined with years of retail has added great value to her position as our showroom manager. Besides showroom manager Kari assists Jeanmarie with key accounts and is responsible for the day to day management of our back office. |

Libby Scholz - 20 Years Libby has had a varied number of sales responsibilities in Oregon over her 20 years with Bettencourt. As a result, she has a keen knowledge of a very broad customer base as well as all our lines. Libby now covers Eastern and Southern Oregon. |

Elissa Travers Tancreti - 7 Years Elissa came to Bettencourt with extensive sales experience consisting of corporate sales and marketing in the textile and printing industries. Elissa shares key account responsibility along with Jeanmarie and she manages Bettencourt’s National e-commerce business. Additionally Elissa assists in the overall management and development of Bettencourt’s growth. |
